Regarding Shipping Costs

Our delivery fee is $30.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped from our warehouse on weekdays (excluding ACT public holidays). Express orders placed before 2 pm Tuesday to Friday will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. Express orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped on the next business day (excluding weekends). Standard shipping orders will be processed after express orders and may experience delays in shipping depending on the volume of express orders being processed.

Shipping and Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification. You can also log in to your account to check the status of your order, and we will also include a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery when You’re Not Home

When you receive tracking information, each courier’s tracking portal should provide an option to “leave in a safe place,” and you can also specify where you want the package left.

If No Safe Place is Specified

If no one is available to sign for your package, the courier will decide if there’s a secure location to leave the package to avoid weather damage or theft. If there isn’t, the package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office. You can always check the status or location of your shipment using the tracking number.

To confirm the delivery of the package, we require a signature upon delivery. If the courier can’t leave the package in a safe place and no one is available to sign, the package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office, and a card will be left notifying you how to retrieve your package. If no card is left, you can still track the location of the package online.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
